Who am I?

Driven by a passion for storytelling and a strong foundation in journalism and strategic communication studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I'm a creative professional eager to contribute my skills to impactful projects.

My journey has been fueled by intense curiosity and a desire to create meaningful work, whether it's crafting compelling narratives or developing impactful visual communication. My experience includes an internship writing for the Borgen Project, gaining a Media Essentials Certificate from the American Association of Advertising Agencies, contributing to my student newspaper, The Badger Herald’s, writing and advertising team, and developing international stories/teaching children English during my time with CIEE Prague.

I pride myself on being a quirky individual. In this content-rich world, I am not afraid to think of new ideas that go against “the norm” and stand out by pairing my creative writing skills and whimsical mind. My artistic nature has taken many forms from an early age, including: designing and sewing dresses for fashion shows in elementary school, winning the Junior Theater Festival twice in a row with my middle school theater program, being a member of my high school graphic design club and dance team, and becoming a significant writer for my University's newspaper and the Borgen Project Magazine.

My curious nature often leads me to make connections with fascinating people: I have performed for Emmy Award-winning artists Pasek and Paul, and Interviewed racial activist Ron Stallworth. Through these experiences, I can communicate with a kaleidoscope of individuals and feel comfortable in new situations.
