The summer before my junior year of college, I interned with The Borgen Project. The Borgen Project is a powerful advocacy organization for the world's poor, working with global leaders to improve responses to humanitarian crises. As an intern, I researched, conducted interviews, and wrote articles about the challenges people face in underdeveloped countries, and published the stories for public awareness on the site’s blog.
